Kiran Gosavi, who was a NCB witness in the case of Aryan Khan, has been sent to police detention until November 8 by the City Court.
He was recently held by Pune police in connection with the case of cheating in 2018 where he escaped.
He was declared desired by the Pune City Police in 2019.
Ani shared updates on Twitter who read, “Kiran Gosavi, was arrested by Pune City Police concerning allegations of cheating, has been sent to police detention until November 8 by the City Court.
Gosavi is a witness in the case of drugs involving the son of Actor Shah Rukh Khan Aryan.

Kiran Gosavi has been lost since 2019.
He recently appeared during Raid Cruise in Mumbai in October 3.
He then became a witness NCB.
According to Ani, the police have published spoke around October 14.
Before being held by Pune Police, he said, “Prabhakar screen lying.
What I want to ask is that the CDR report must be released.
My CDR report or chat can be released, Prabhakar Sail & CDR reports, and chat, must be released, Everything will be clear.
At least one minister or opposition leader from Maharashtra must stand with me.
At least they have to ask Mumbai police what I demand (to release the CDR & chat from Prabhakar Sail).
Once the report comes out everything will be clear.

Kiran’s name appeared in controversy after his bodyguard, Prabhakar Sail, released a written statement with surprising charges.
In a written statement, Prabhakar had quoted a meeting between manager Shah Rukh Khan Pooja Dadlani, Gosavi and Sam D’Souza in October 3 in Parel Lower.
It also mentions the payment of RS 8 Crore which must be made for zonal director NCB Sameer Wankhede.
