Thane: Courts in Bhiwandi in Maharashtra Regency gave direct release to the leader of the Rahul Gandhi congress on Saturday in cases of defamation submitted by RSS officials.
The Joint Civil Judge Court and JMFC Bhiwandi JV Paliwal also remain January 29 as the next hearing date, when the proof of Rajesh Kunte complainants will be recorded.
Gandhi Narayan Iyer’s advice told the court that, because of the previous commitment, his client could not stay in front of the Court, and pray that the release appeared granted.
Iyer also looks for delays, which are also given, and the next hearing date is repaired.
This case was related to the speech made by Gandhi during a political rally in Bhiwandi where he allegedly made an underestimated statement about Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh.
