On November 20, the Bombay High Court issued an order stating that there was no positive evidence of conspiracy found between Arya Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha to commit violations related to drugs.
It was a big assistance for all three who were accused of cases of drugs investigated by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).
Etime reached out to the father of Arbaaz merchant, Aslam Merchor to record his reaction to this order and his first statement was, “Justice delayed is justice rejected.
The right decision has too much time to arrive and in the course, irreparable damage has been done, Cannot be compensated in terms of money.
”

Since Aryan, Arbaaz and Munmun are given a bail, all three must visit the NCB office in Mumbai every Friday.
After this new HC decision, will there be changes to these conditions? Aslam Merchant revealed, “the process is part of the guarantee and guarantee conditions will not change until we submit an application to modify the condition of the guarantee.
Because the HC statement has come out and the case is no longer as serious as it appears, the condition must be torn down.”
The New Order by Bombay HC acts as a relief for the third accused.
But traders show that their lawyers have argued about the same point so far.
He stated, “We said the same thing from the first day, but they argue with the wrong footing.
We should come out at the Killa Court itself.” He also added, “From the first day they played with us.
First it was a jurisdiction problem in Killa Court.
This problem should not be raised at all because the restored quantity is very small.
The Killa Court has the power to provide a temporary guarantee too.
But it was rejected.
”

Aslam Merchant felt that the system could receive Arya and Arbaaz conditions.
But he is happy that Bombay HC has recognized the real situation and gives the right order.
