Case Sedi: Police Up Give Clean Chit to Sanjay Singh Aap

Muzaffarnagar: a year after MP AAP at Rajya Sabha Sanjay Singh was ordered for incitement and promoting hostility, the top police had submitted a closing report because it found “no evidence” against it.
At a press conference in Delhi on August 12 last year, Singh has published the findings of the AAP survey conducted by telephone where the population was asked about their perceptions of the dynamics of caste in the state government.

Both of them have told the police that they have no evidence to support their claims.

The crime branch report has been submitted in the court of Judge, Manoj Kumar, who has requested a complainant to appear on September 16 if he has objections.
