Agra: Three Kashmir Students ordered with allegations of incitement by the Agra Police, for allegedly supporting the T-20 Pakistani victory over India in the T-20 World Cup match which has just been held and “sharing posts related to social media”, will be produced in court Local through video conferencing for the extension of their judicial detention, on Thursday.
Students from Agra’s King Balwant Singh (RBS) Institute of Engineering Engineering Previously returned to 14-day judicial detention on October 28.
They were then attacked by several lawyers before the police while they were taken to the prison district of the court.
Some lawyer associations in Agra then refused to provide legal assistance to students.
Mathura-based advocate, Madhuvan Dutt Chaturvedi, is currently defending students.
He also opposed the 26-year-old Bachelor of PhD, Atiq-ur Rehman, Masood Ahmad and Mohammad Alam, who were ordered under the UPA after they were arrested along with the Siddique Kappan journalist when they will meet a one-year-old family in Hathras who was suspected of being raped and killed.
Chaturvedi said he had submitted a petition in the High Court, looking for a transfer of cases from Agra to Mathura for his client’s “security” because they had been attacked at the previous court.
When contacted, P D Salonia, Agra District Prison Supervisors, told TII that Trio would be produced through video conferencing because detainees on returns usually appeared virtually.
Universities show that students, who secured the first division in class XII, “good performing”.
They got the entrance ticket at the Institute under the Scheme Special Scholarship Prime Minister (PMSSS), which was given to class XII students who contributed from Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh.
