“Akarsh, a flautist, performed and he looked very gifted.
The majority of us adored his performance and that I asked if we can raise funds .
A lot of folks that have been also a part of that team consented to donate too but he stated he didn’t want cash.
Rather, he requested us to provide the amount into a blind college close to his home in Davangere.
We achieved to the faculty but they did not want donations from compassion.

Even the orchestra of the blind college conducted and the operation was attended by several musicians out of Sandalwood and other actors.
Mallikarjun Alur, secretary of Santhrupthi Blind School at Davangere and visually challenged said they hadn’t ever imagined they would one day work for an audience at Bengaluru and outside.
And on an internet platform in that.
The college has 25 pupils and three teachers that are also visually challenged.
“We heard that men and women in town obtained aid but individuals in the rural areas find it tough to find financial assistance.
We wanted to visit cities and perform together with our group.
But because most people are challenged involving the team and the creator, Annappa M, our chances were confined to neighborhood festivals.
When somebody from Bengaluru contacted us said it’d be an internet concert, we’re excited.
Akarsh assisted us in putting this up and we all did our very first online operation and it had been well appreciated.
They later told us that lots of people had united and they increased Rs 14,700 they handed to us”
Rashmi, among the coordinators stated,”Lots of folks from the Kannada movie industry were a portion of the crowd and several joined in the singing also.
The session that we believed is only for a couple of minutes, finished up lasting for a single hour and several people kept coming forward to contribute to the origin.
We anticipate running more these sessions to assist and reach out to performers that are in want,” she explained.
