CB-CID Books Cuddalore MP Trv Ramesh for Murder

Cuddalore: DMK MP from Cuddalore T R Ramesh was ordered and five others was arrested on Saturday on charges of killing a worker in the MP MP unit in Panruti last month.
The CB-CID source said MP, which was accused of prime in a murder case, was not at home when the police team went there in the morning that was arrested by five was a personal assistant of the Natarajan Parliament Member, Mete Factory Manager, M Pitchai M., K Vinoth and Sundararajan .
They were accused of killing Govindarasu, 63, from Melmampattu in Panruti, who had worked for the past seven years at Trv Gayayathi Maches owned by MP.
When Govindarasu did not go home after working on September 19, his son Senthilvel filed a complaint to the Kadampuliyur police.
Senthilvel said the personal assistant of parliament members called him from his father’s cellphone at 20.25 in the morning on September 20 and said his father had consumed poison in the unit and was taken to the Panruti Government General Hospital where the doctor said he died.
Senthilvel, a truck driver, was in Chennai and asked for his cousin Raghuraman and Ananthraj to visit Panruti Hospital.
The two men visited the corpse and found injuries in the left eye, face, neck and some body parts and blood stains on clothing.
“My father is a man who is mentally strong.
There is no major reason for him to commit suicide,” Sinhir said.
In his complaint to the police on September 20, Sentilvel accused Ramesh, Natarajan, Kandavel, Allah Pitchai, Vinoth and workers in the cashew unit attacked his father and killed him.
Police Kadampuliyur enrolled suspicious death cases and began investigating.
Meanwhile, the PMK legal unit moved Madras High Court to find the CBI probe and demanded that MP and his colleagues be ordered for murder.
This case was transferred to CB-CID on September 27.
Agency, after conducting an initial investigation, posted MP and the other five under the IPC 302 section (punishment for murder), 201 (causing loss of evidence of violations, or giving false information to serve the perpetrators), 341 (penalty for wrong restraints), 147 ( Punishment for riots), 149 (every member of the Assembly who violated the law guilty of committing a violation carried out in the prosecution of general objects) and 120-B (criminal conspiracy punishment).
President Wing Law PMK K Balu, who filed a petition before the High Court, accused the Kadampuliyur police acting in a negligent way.
He alleged that Govindarasu was taken to the station on September 19 with a severe injury in his body with a complaint against him for stealing cashew nuts.
He accused the police, instead of carrying Govindarasu to the hospital, just told them who took him to take him to the hospital.
