New Delhi: The CBI has submitted FIR of four officials of the Military Engineering Agency in connection with their investigation into alleged irregularities to become a recruitment conducted in 2012.
According to agency officials, the three of them were Lieutenant Colonel ranking when alleged crime while one of them was a colonel.
This case is related to the recruitment of 54 “friends” in 2012, officials said.
After registration of FIR, the search was conducted at Pune (Maharashtra), Porbandar (Gujarat) and New Delhi at the defendant which caused recovery of burdensome documents, said agent officers.
Sleuth has also recovered documents relating to investments made in moving / immovable properties.
A CBI spokesman said on Wednesday: “The case has been registered in Colonel Arvind ParaAshar, Work Engineer Commander (CWE) of Military Engineering Services (MES), Jhansi and two former CWES representatives – Lieutenant Colonel RR Negi and Ak Singh – Separately since the moment It’s a garnishing engineer DS Rawat “.
Sources say agency tends to make a lot of arrests in this case.
Introductory investigation was carried out after the agency received complaints.
The CBI has been looking for documents relating to the recruitment of the pair in 2012 and will immediately call them mentioned in FIR.
It saw the role of some people not identified civil servants and several private people in this case, officials said.
