Prasagraj: Two months after death then Akhil Bharatiya Akhara Parishad Head of Mahant Narendra Giri, CBI on Saturday submitted a chargesheet against three people, including his students Anand Giri, on charges of reducing suicide.
The CBI said that there was sufficient evidence of the trio of violations to commit suicide and criminal conspiracy in connection with the alleged Mamahant suicide, which was found depends on the ashram at Uttar Pradesh in September.
Apart from Anand, Adya Prasad Tiwari and Sandeep Tiwari are also named in Chargesheet.
The three were crowned in a suicide note, which accused them mentally harassing it.
The Head of Judge Judge Harendra Nath took the awareness of Chargesheet, said that the place was sufficient to take available awareness.
