Nagpur: Anti-corruption Division of the Central Investigation Bureau (CBI), Nagpur, on Wednesday arrested the Gopika Monah Gopika Train Protection (RPF) sub-inspector, posted in Warora in Chandrapur Regency, while accepting RS60,000 bribes.
The source said Mankar demanded RS1 Lakh from a cafe owner in Warora to release his office equipment and gadgets confiscated during the attack.
The cafe owner is under the scanner to issue a train ticket under a false identity.
The RPF has raided its shop and seized computers, hard disks, and other equipment.
This operation was carried out under the supervision of SP Salim Khan.
