CBSE Can Not Deny to change Titles after Announcing Outcomes: Supreme court

NEW DELHI: At animportant conclusion, the Supreme Court on Thursday ruled the CBSE couldn’t enforce a blanket ban on modifications in the titles of pupils, parents and other details in certifications or marksheets after announcement of effects of board exams.
