NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Thursday, June 17, advised Supreme Court regarding the evaluation formula ready for awarding marks to the pupils of course 12.
The Board stated that CBSE Class 12 outcomes will be ready on the basis of pupil’s performance at the forefront of course X and XI examinations and course XII pre-board evaluations.
“For assessing a pupil, his marks at top of 3 newspapers for course 10 will be given 30 percent weightage, for course 11 weightage of 30 percent and for course 12 that the weightage is 40 percent,” explained Attorney general (AG) K K Venugopal.

The CBSE course 12 results will likely be announced by July 31.
Even the CBSE Board also stated that students that aren’t pleased with their marks may re-appear for the course 12 board examinations.
The CBSE 12th Exams will be run from the Board and if the conditions become conducive.
The Board had shaped a 12-member committee of specialists to prepare the formulation for providing marks and results for course 12 students.
The CBSE had issued a notification in this respect about June 4.
While issuing the telling, CBSE’s control of assessments Sanyam Bhardwaj stated that there are 12 members of this poll.
The committee is composed of 12 men, such as Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Education and senior IAS officer Vipin Kumar.
This committee may determine the foundation for boosting the pupils and preparing their own mark sheets.
The authorities had cancelled the 12th board assessments on June 1 because of the spike in Covid instances.
