CBSE directs the school to upload Loc to avoid mistakes

Secondary Education Council (CBSE) has directed a school to upload a list of candidates (LOC) who qualified to appear in the council exam for the academic session on the e-Pariksha portal.
This direction aims to avoid wrong errors or information.
While schools in Tier-I and II cities generally do not face problems in completing this, schools in Tier-III and rural areas repeatedly face problems, which cause delays in the task.
Sanyam Bhardwaj, Examination Controller, CBSE, said that there had been a delay by the school to update the list and upload it.
“Some schools have made technology that is convenient because it is too late to complete the exercises uploading Loc on the e-Pariksha portal.
Another reason we often encounter is the lack of time and disrupt internet connectivity,” he said.

While elite school understands the CBSE guidelines related to uploading Loc easily, some schools are incompetent in this matter.
“Over the past few years, CBSE has begun to issue detailed guidelines so that all schools can fulfill this task and do not suffer due to lack of understanding.
We have noticed that this has brought an increase in training,” Bhardwaj said.

The school needs to ensure that the LOC has the correct detail of all candidates who meet the requirements, said Bhardwaj.
“The wrong entry from the school will bring a difference in student data for life,” he said.
For example, if all documents spell students’ names in one direction but the school marker claims other spelling, this will be a point of dispute forever, “he added.
While the process of submitting the LOC for X and XII XII exam candidates has been started from September 17, 2021, the last date to submit it at no late charge is September 30, 2021 and the last date to pay October fees.
1, 2021.
According to the notification issued by CBSE, all 25,600 CBSE affiliate schools have been recommended to submit a timely submission of LOC.
Because the CBSE test of the term 2022 council is scheduled to be carried out in November-December 2021, the school has been asked to speed up the process of uploading LOC online.
Schools have also been asked to write timelines and make efforts to submit accurate information from their eligible students.
CBSE notification also states that there will be no window for student data correction sent by the school.
Schools will be asked to pay Rs 1,500 fees for each Indian student for five subjects.
Foreign school fees are rs 10,000.
The cost of delay RS 2,000 will be charged if the LOC was submitted on October 9, 2021, which could be paid until October 10, 2021.
