CBSE to use advanced data analysis to check adoption means unfair in the test

New Delhi: Secondary Education Center Council (CBSE) will use advanced data analysis to ensure justice in the test conducted by identifying centers where there is a high probability for unfair ways.
Examination must be done by standards and fairly.
All efforts are made to prevent adoption of unfair facilities through monitoring by pointing to external observers and flying teams, and CCTV use, said Antriksh Johri, Director (IT), CBSE.
“We have decided further to increase it by using advanced analytics data to detect cases and centers where there is a high probability for unfair means during the exam,” he said.
Pilot analysis has been carried out on the Central Teacher’s Eligibility exam data in January 2021 in collaboration with collaboration with Central Square Foundation and Playpower Laboratories to develop algorithms to identify suspicious data patterns in the middle and the level of individual test takers.
