WASHINGTON: US Disease Control and Prevention Center (CDC) has issued a ‘level one’ Covid-19 notification for Americans traveling to India, saying the risk of contracting infection and developing severe symptoms may be lower if someone is fully vaccinated.
Travel health notifications have also been issued for Pakistan.
However, the US State Department issued two levels and three travel advisors for India and Pakistan, said when residents were urged to reconsider travel to Pakistan because of the terrorism and sectarian violence, those who went to India had to exercise with crime and terrorism.
