CEAT tire manufacturers have partnered with Adobe’s main software and design.
Supported by Adobe Experience Cloud Applications, this partnership aims to allow CEAT to provide personalized and seamless digital experiences for customers and dealer partners at several touch points.
With the support of Tekno Point as an Implementation Partner, CEAT will use the Adobe Experience Cloud application including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Commerce to develop and launch new D2C business models including home delivery and fitment.
Adobe Experience Manager will provide tire makers with content management capabilities and flexibility for its website, Adobe Analytics & Adobe targets better insights and creative optimization, and an Adobe Commerce check-out catalog.

Customers Can now buy online and do pick-ups and fitments in the nearest ceat shoppe or utilize the Fitment Doorstep service (powered by Tyresnmore).
It also includes their vehicle service and sanitation from the safety of their homes.
