Director of Nishikant Kamat from the fame of ‘Drisyam’ and ‘Force’ died last year after chronic liver disease.
Today, on the occasion of his first birthday, Anubhav Sinha, Rite Deshmukh and the others remembered Ace’s filmmakers.
While Anubhav wrote, “he moved a year back to this date.

Before his irregular death, a medical bulletin from the hospital said that Nishikant Kamat was “currently in the support of the ventilator and continues to be in critical condition.” They also released a statement that reads, ‘He has been diagnosed with chronic liver disease and other secondary infections.
He is in an intensive care unit for sustainable monitoring under the supervision of the multidisciplinary team of senior consultants consisting of gastroenterologists, hepatologists, critical care and others.
His condition is very important but stable.

While he has a Bollywood film like, ‘Drishyam’, ‘Handsome Rocky’, ‘Forced’, ‘Madaria’ and others for his credit, Nishikant also prominently in the Marathi film industry.
He led a film like ‘Dombivali Fast’, ‘Lai Bhaari’ and ‘Fuge’.
