Veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha traveled along the memory road and remembering the legendary actor late Raj Kapoor on the 97th birthday.
Taking to his Twitter handle, Sinha shared black and white still from the 1976 action film with Kapoor titled ‘Khaan Dost’.
Along with the image he wrote, “The Greatest Showman & Great Institution #Rajkapoor from the film industry continues to live in our hearts with warmth & overall love of his extraordinary work.

Dulas Guha Directorial ‘Khaan Dost’ star Raj Kapoor, Shatrughan Sinha, Mithu Mukherjee and Yogeela Bali in the main role.
The film revolved around the story of a simple-minded policeman (Kapoor) who was caught in between not having money to marry her sister (Bali) and turned corrupt by accepting bribes from criminals (Sinha).
The grandson of Raj Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor and Riddhima Kapoor Sahni also dropped the pictures of setbacks and remembered.

Raj Kapoor, widely regarded as the biggest nail player in the history of Indian cinema and entertainment, will be 97 years old if he lives today.
The legendary actor born in Peshwar to Father-actor Prithviraj Kapoor and his wife has a famous career covering more than two decades and has won many awards including 3 national film awards and 11 filmfare awards in India.
At the age of ten, he appeared in the Hindi film for the first time, in 1935 ‘Inquilab’.
The big break of Kapoor came with the main role in ‘Neel Kamal’ (1947) opposite Madhubala in his first role as a leading woman.
Winners of several awards, iconic Bollywood stars have been respected with Padma Bhushan in 1971 because of their contribution to art.
In 1987, the deceased actor was given to Dadasaheb Phalke Award.
He also candidate twice for Palme d’or Grand prizes at the Cannes Film Festival for the films ‘Awara’ (1951) and ‘Boot Polish’ (1954).
He also played leading iconic films such as ‘Mera Naam Joker’ (1970), ‘Sangam’ (1964), ‘Shree 420’ (1955), ‘Awaara’ (1951), ‘Teesri Kasam’ (1966), and many more .
