Muzaffarnagar: Gang grabbed the cellphone damaged by the arrest of four people in the Shamli District of Uttar Pradesh, police said on Saturday.
According to the police supervisor (SP) Sukirti Madhav Mishra, the gang was damaged on Friday during the inquiry of cellphone theft.
In the incident on July 17, the defendant stole a call to a boy named, Nitin Kumar, who worked at the District Hospital, they said.
The arrest was made near the village of Badhev who fell below the Adarsh police station, they said, adding men, around 16 to 17 years old, has been sent to the trial detention.
