In a letter to the Secretary of the Head of State and the UTS Administrator, Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan said the state government could take NGO assistance, civil society organizations and citizens / volunteers who were enthusiastic in this effort.
Bhushan said more than 45 doses of the crore vaccine had been given to date.
