New Delhi: The row of premature pensions from former Chairman of the NCLlat Justice Ashok Iqbal Singh Cheema ended at the Supreme Court on Thursday after the center of conceding, allowing him to continue its verdict until September 20.
Justice Cheema, the former chairman of the National Law Appellate Tribunal (NCL), was to pour on September 20, but justice M Venugopal was appointed as the head of the court acting with the effect of September 11, creating a strange situation where the former approaching the top field.

So we have decided that he will be allowed to go to the office and say the judgment, the current chairman of Venugopal will be sent during leave,” Attorney General KK Venugopal told the bench Sambat consisting of chairman of Judge and Habak Surya Kant and Hima Kohli.
“Accepted submissions and consequential orders will be passed (by the government).
The current chairman will stop until September 20 and this order is passed by remembering the strange facts and the condition of this case,” Bench said.
