“Ask the Kerala government to allow the strengthening of the Dam Work (Baby Dam and Bumi Dam) and improvements to work with the Ghat road approach, as proposed by the Tamil Nadu government,” he said.
The controversial decision that allowed Tamil Nadu to cut 15 trees in the dam reported was taken at the official level meeting on November 1 and communicated to the Tamil Nadu government in November 5.
The APEX court bench headed by KhanwiLkar on October 28.
Tamil Nadu and Kerala will comply with the Water Level Bend notified by the Expert Committee, as will be maintained at 139,5FT until November 10 has posted this problem to hear on November 11 to activate a better affidavit.
