Greater Noida: After the capital of Athens, two housing communities again in the Nida extension will get assistance from stress center funds to complete their projects.

There are around 900 buyers in Athens, 1,300 in Panchsheel Greens 2 and 756 in Caamya.
Established in 2019 with a Dompet RS 20,000 Crore, a special window for medium-income housing (SWAMIH) funds is intended to help trapped projects finished and provide assistance to home buyers.
While Athena should have received a total RS 165 Crore from the government, Panchsheel Greens will get Rs 249 Crore and Caamya RS 135 Crore to complete the project.

Greater Noida Authority also became interest in the premium (RS 17 Crore),” said Narendra Bhoshan, CEO Gnida.
Only projects listed under the Rera can apply for funds.
After the application was created, a team from SBI Capital – which ultimately released funds – visited the project site and examined its feasibility.
This fund was released only when the convincing officials were not the effort to make a loss.
Panchsheel Greens, also received his first installment in October.
“This must be given the encouragement needed for construction in the project.
Around 1,300 buyers will sigh with this.
Greater Noida Authority also received an extraordinary installment from RS 34 Crore in the premium amount,” said BhooShan.
He urged more developers to apply for central funds for projects trapped from financial problems.
