NEW DELHI: The Delhi high court on Monday dismissed a statute that hunted leadership to suspend all building actions of the Central Vista Avenue Redevelopment Project.
The continuation of this project was contested in light of the next wave of this Covid-19 pandemic.
A seat of Chief Justice DN Patel and Justice Jyoti Singh ignored the plea stating the request was”moved” and”not even a real PIL”.
The seat imposed a price of Rs 1 lakh on the petitioners.
