New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected the writing petition that challenged the proposal to change the land of the use of plots 1 in the Central Vista area of ’recreation’ for ‘housing’ to build the official residence of the Vice President and Prime Minister.
Judge Am Khanwilkar, Dinesh Maheshwari and CT Ravikumar heard the request by Advocates Rajeev Suri challenged changes in land use.
“This isn’t (a) private property made there.
Vice-President Residence is being made.
Will definitely be a green plant around.
The plan has been approved by the authorities unless you accuse Malafide in the process,” Khanwilkar Justice said during the trial in a series of comments heavy.
The petition claims that the notification is a violation of Article 21 of the Constitution and will eliminate Delhi’s open space occupants in Central Vista.
It was further submitted that changes would produce a seizure of recreational play areas to children and the right to the public transportation system.
Furthermore, it is conveyed that these changes will produce a seizure of recreational play areas to children and the right to mass transportation systems.
Advocate Rajeev Suri Previously challenged public notification on March 4, 2020 in connection with changes in land use.
However, the Supreme Court, however, waste on August 28, 2020 stated that the final decision had not been taken and the applicant would be free to approach the court as and when the final decision was taken.
