Mangaluru: Mahabaleshwara MS, Managing Director and Chief Executive Bank Karnataka, inaugurated Chapter Mangaluru from the Institute of Indian Corporate Secretary (ICSI).
Mahabaleshwara said that ICSI was involved in providing training to corporate professional candidates.
He said it played an important role in the development of company affairs and functions as a relationship between the company’s board and management.
They must plan and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives, he added.
