New Delhi: Delhi Police on Friday told the Delhi High Court that the registration certificate for running a ‘Khan Chacha’ and ‘City Hall’ restaurant in the Khan market for the USScale Navneet entrepreneur had been canceled.

The court heard the calra petition challenging the notification of the show and the order suspended the registration certificate to run the restaurant after alleged involvement in this case.
Judge Reka Palli said it would be open to employers to attack the cancellation order in accordance with the law, after the police submitted that the decision had been taken by the wing of his licensing, after giving caltra the opportunity to be heard.
The court also clarified that it had not expressed any opinion about the claims made in its application.
Kalra has challenged the notice of the May 11-stop thinking issued by the commissioner with the police (license) and the next suspension of the registration certificate to run two restaurants in the Khan market.
He handed over that the registration certificate was canceled by the authorities with the command on July 23 and no one survived in the petition.
In his report submitted in the court police said the show notification was issued for the calta to explain why the premise was used to store oxygen concentrators.
In response he claimed that running a restaurant was the source of his livelihood and because the building was lying not used and forced by financial liabilities he kept concentrators with good faith and as a service measure to those in need.
However, the explanation was not found satisfactory, the police said and the license was canceled.
The entrepreneur argues that illegal suspensions and contrary to the provisions of Delhi restaurants registration registration because they do not provide the power of suspension at the publishing stage of the show notice.
The calra, which was captured by Delhi police in the case of black marketing oxygen concentrator during the second wave of Covid-19, said that there was no provision to suspend the registration certificate only on the reason for fir.
“The sequence of suspension is also bad because the recovery of oxygen concentrators made from the restaurant where no land is also not given as a basis for license suspension.
Suspension sequences have a negative impact on the business, reputation and livelihood of all employees who work in the restaurant,” said the application.
