VARANATION: The selection of Bhartiya Janata Bhartiya Janata Party Poonam Maurya in Varanasi has been challenged by the Samajwadi Party (SP) Chanda Yadav by submitting a petition before the Judge District Court of the Om Prakash Tripathi on Monday.
Receiving a petition, district judges ordered to serve the notification to the Government of Uttar Pradesh, District Election Officer, and Maurya after repairing the next hearing on August 6 on the land of the non-update authorization of the Notary lawyer, which issued a written statement for him.
“This land chose to reject the nomination regardless of the fact that there were no rules above Zila Panchayat acting in this matter”, he said.
It is also mentioned that the cost for updates for authorization lawyers notes has been sent to the state government through district judges, he said adding, enough to delete that update application has not been rejected.
As a 10 (4) rule of UP Zila Panchayat acts that there is no nomination that can be rejected for the technical reasons taken by district election officers because they refused Chanda Yadav paper is not enough.
Yadav said that receiving a petition, the District Judge Court requested to serve the notification to the government, district and Maurya election officers through special messenger.
