Controller inspection of Jagat Bhushan said 49 examinations were conducted in two shifts at 9:30 a.m.
to 12:30 a.m.
and at 1:30 a.m.
until 4.30 in the afternoon.
During the morning slot, 1500 students appeared in 32 exams and 41,900 students in 17 exams at night.
Bhushan said 2.3 Lakh students will take various tests conducted by PU for 34 days.
The second semester examination will start from July 9 to compensate for the initial delayed second semester.
