When he parked his bicycle in the parking lot, he got a call on his cellphone.
When he spoke by telephone, a woman approached her, grabbed the phone and fled her, she accused.
With the help of a pedestrian, Sombir reported this problem to the police helpline 112.
The police recorded his statement and searched the market to be accused but failed.
