Lucknow: Head of the Chandra Soldier Chandra Shekhar Azad will oppose the election of the Assembly from Gorakhpur against the minister of Uttar Pradesh and the leader of the Bharatiya Party Janata (BJP) Yogi Adityanath.
Chandra Shekhar will oppose the poll as the candidate for the Azad Party.
The head of the Bhim army has announced his decision to field candidates around 33 seats in Uttar Pradesh after alliance talks with the Samajwadi Party (SP) failed.
Although the battle between Yogi Adityanath and Chandra Shekhar will mainly become one of the perceptions, the Bhim army hopes that other opposition parties will not involve their candidates in Gorakhpur and support Chandra Shekhar.
