Mumbai: Former Minister of Home Anil Deshmukh Anita Castellino on Wednesday urged Justice K Chandawal that the presence of former Police Commissioner Mumbai Param Bir Singh must be secured under the letter away as the end of an age of six months is over.
Singh has failed to appear before the commission was established to investigate the heavy bomb March 20 against Deshmukh who accused him of setting the target to mobilize Rs 100 Crore from restaurant owners and bars.
In related development, the agarwal bim businessman, who has submitted a criminal complaint against Singh and suspended the fire Sachin Waze, submitted a written statement before the commission in Operandi Singh and Waze mode to raise money.
Chandwal judge on Wednesday also had a fresh fee of RS25,000 about Singh because of his failure to deposit a fine before.
When Singh failed to appear before the commission on the first occasion, he was charged a RS5,000 fee.
When he did not attend the process for the second time, the RS25,000 fee was applied.
On Wednesday, when Singh failed to stay present, Lawyer Dishmukh took him to the commission notice that the former CP had not deposited the fee on August 18, after the fresh costs were enforced.
If he fails to pay a fee, Singh must provide evidence from August 30.
“There is no place that can be justified because it does not pay / deposit the previous cost directed on August 18, like today, there is no stay from any court for the order of commissions, even under the Urgency flag, Param beer has knocked (at the door) From HC, “Judge Chandwal observed in a brief order.
After the commission was founded on March 30, Singh has objected to the maintenance and purpose of the probe panel on the grounds that the scope entrusted to it has been decided by HC and the Supreme Court.
Furthermore, Singh did not attend the trial, said he might not be able to do it until his request to challenge the legal validity of the commission was discarded.
On Wednesday, Singh’s lawyer told the commission that the petition could be heard on August 30 and the trial could be postponed until then.
At Affidavit Agarwal, former Private Secretary Deshmukh Sanjeev Palande, through his lawyer, urged a commission, to publish his call to him as a witness.
Agarwal urged the Commission to stop Singh’s letter on the ground that it was a revenge against Deshmukh.
