Bareilly: Special Investigation Team (sitting) investigating the violence of Lakhimpur Kheri is likely to submit a chargesheet in the case of “Lynching” BJP workers immediately.
This case was related to the clashes that occurred in Tikunia on October 3 last year where four farmers, local journalists and three BJP workers were killed.
The sitting member told Tii on Thursday that Chargesheet against farmers allegedly involved in the killing of BJP workers was ready.
Seven farmers were arrested by sitting and sent to prison after they were identified as “suspects” involved in Lynching BJP workers while some farmers were sent notice under the retaliation of riots.
The first arrest was carried out on October 26.
The sitting officer told Tii, “Chargesheet will be immediately submitted in court.
All formalities are finished and we are waiting for the last nod.
Rakesh Tikait is scheduled to arrive in Kheri on Friday to meet farmers nesting in prison, and also the families of the farmers were killed in violence.
Previously, farmers “unknown” were ordered for murder based on complaints by Sumit Jaiswal BJP workers, a person who was accused of being responsible for allegedly cutting four farmers and Raman Kashyap journalists.
The problem of farmers allegedly left three BJP workers and burned two SUVs after the Convoy of the United Ajay Mishra Teni, Ashish Mishra, allegedly trim them.
