Chennai / Villupuram: The race against the deadline of December 20 DGP and another supervisor of the police rank officer appeared before the Head of Villupuram Judge Maginathan S on Monday to receive a copy of the 400-word Chargesheet.
When the advice that emerged from the officers was looking for time to study Chargesheet, the judge posted this case until August 16 for further hearing.
The judge asked two officers to appear before the court without failing for the next hearing.
Madras High Court has directed the CJM court to conclude the trial on December 20 this year.
The judge’s judge’s head has been on August 3, calling both officers, both under suspension after sexual abuse, appeared before him on Monday.
CB-CID police investigated the case of sexual harassment initiated by an IPS officer of a woman against the last DGP, who allegedly harassed him during a visit to the minister’s chairman to Pulajottai in March.
The female officer submitted a separate complaint to DGP JK Tripathy and demanded legal action against both officers – DGP specifically for harassment, and SP was suspended for trying to stop it from proceeding to Chennai and complaints of the cottage with the head of the police forces.
CB-CID filed a cargo sheet in the presence of Magistrate Court on July 29.
