Chelsea coach Thomas Tuchel has been tested positive for Covid-19, the Premier League club announced on Saturday, hours before their Four-round Cup match against Plymouth Argyle.
Tuchel will enter self isolation and the club said he would most likely join the team in Abu Dhabi next week for the World Cup club.
The team will fly after the FA Cup match.
European Chelsea Champion Face Good Side Pro Pro United Arab Emirates Al Jazira or AFC Winners Champions League Al Hilal in their semifinals at the Mohammad bin Zayed Abu Dhabi Stadium on Wednesday.
If Chelsea qualify for the final, they will remain in Abu Dhabi until February 12.
Chelsea reached the last final time they played at the Club World Cup in 2012, losing 1-0 to the Corinthians Brazilian team in Japan.
