The Special Court in 2014 held Jayalalithaa and others guilty of corruption and sentenced him four years in prison and imposed a fine of Rs 100 Crore.
The Karnataka High Court in 2015 ruled that the belief of AIADMK Supremo by a special court suffered weakness and unsustainable in law.
The Karnataka government then appealed this at the Supreme Court, who found Sasikala, Ilavarasi and Sudhakakanlance guilty.
The former head minister died at that time.
Others must serve the term prison.
Naidu has written a book in Tamil about anti-corruption, titled “Endamai Oozhal Oliga”.
