Chennai: One Lakh City resident will be vaccinated on Thursday at nearly 400 locations including all UPHC, Amma Clinicing and corporate buildings.
Greater Chennai Corporation has been looking for vaccines from the State Public Health Department for Massive Drives and will deploy complete health staff to execute.
45 permanent vaccination centers in corporate schools will be closed in several days and civil bodies plan to regulate at least one center in each of 200 divisions.
“The urban health center and Amma Clinic will be identified and vaccination centers are set there.
We have reduced the number of centers like that mainly due to lack of vaccine supply.
