Chennai: The police have registered a case and launched the search for an unknown man who threw a country bomb in a house in K Nagar on Tuesday.
The police said the gang targeted Suman, who had been looking to avenge the murder of his brother in 2018.
Police Maduravoyal had arrested 10 suspects for the murder of Mani, the same gang member allegedly targeting revenge attacks.
Bomb exploded in a big voice.
Even though no one was injured in the incident, Suman’s house was broken.
CCTV supervision snippets showed that the gang reached a point on three bicycles, threw a bomb at the entrance of the house and left.
Meanwhile, the Virugambakkam police had arrested two men and detained teenagers who continued their destructive vehicle rampage at K Nagar.
The trio also attacked a man with a machete in Virugambakkam.
