IT companies are reopening the workplace, balancing safety with team productivity.
Smaller units lead with some that have been reopened and others map back in August.
Some companies that have been reopened only allowed vaccinated employees.
Large companies can be reopened in October.
SaaS Company Kissflow’s Founder-CEO Sambandam told toi that employees can choose to return from August 1.
