Chennai: The police have been directed by Magistrate Metropolitan, Egmore, to register FIR in complaints by YMCA members who accused the misuse of funds worth 63 crore by the association office carrier.
P Muthu Williams from Kodungaiyur moved the court after the police refused to apply for the applicant on the applicant’s accusation which quoted him for civilian nature.
The judge, after reading the documents held that criminal complaints cannot be rejected only on the grounds that the accusation seemed civilian and noted that the allegations flattened in complaints showed that the police investigation was a must.
The applicant accused abuse by the bearer of the senior office in connection with the agreement with the developer to build a room and a commercial center in a 19.5 hectare plot owned by YMCA in Kotivakkam.
According to the Petitioner, crores who deserve to be accepted from developers by office carriers on behalf of YMCA, but there is no development carried out.
