Chennai: Tangedco has announced the suspension of the power supply in several Chennai regions starting at 9am to 5pm on Thursday for maintenance work.
Supply will be continued before 5 pm if the job is completed, according to the official release.
There will be a power outage in the Koyambedu market area, Guindy, Villivakkam, Adyar, IT Corridor, Perumbakkam and KKKKKK K.
in the Koyambedu market area, there will be a power outage in Srinivasa Nagar, PH Road, Algammal Nagar, Krishna Nagar, Kanaga Sabai Colony, Perumal Street coil and its surroundings.
In Guindy, part of the Colony of TNHB, Periyar Nagar, TNHB 3rd Main Road, Sun North Phase, Moovarasampet Main Road, Mgr Road, AGS Colony, Voltas Colony, Lakshimi Nagar Stage 4th, part of Hindu Colony, KK Nagar, part of Ramapuram, Gerugambakkam, Manakakkam, IPS Colony, Colony officers, Thiruvalluvar Street and surrounding areas will have a power outage.
In Villivakkam, there will be a power outage in the 10th Sidco Block, Nehru Nagar, Ammankuttai, Balaramapuram, Ramakrishnapuram, Thirunagar throughout the region, Venugopal Street, Sivan Coil throughout the area, Reddy Street and Red Hills colonies.
In the Adyar area, there will be a power outage at VGP Selva Nagar 1st Main Road, 2nd Main Road Park Ave, Delleeswaram 7th Road Road throughout the area and surrounding areas and in the IT corridor area.
There will be a power cut in Raju Nagar, Mettukuppam, PTC Quarters, Sakaki Garden, Pillaboyar Koil Street, Nehru Nagar, Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Kannagi Nagar, ThoraiPakkam, IAS Colony, Kalimman Coil Street, Karapapkam, river colonies and surroundings.
Sithalapakkam, Varadhaarajaperum Coil Street, ADB Avenue, TNHB Colony, Mgr Nagar, Nookampalayam Road, Valluvar Nagar, Arasankalani Main Road, Nagalaksmi Nagar, Ottiyambakkam Village in the Perumbakkam and 56th Streets, Alagirisamy Salai, Moogambigi Jalan, Jai Balaji Nagar, Choolaimedu High Road, Kanniyamman Coil, Rangarajapuram, Nelson Manickam Road, Ambedkar Salai, Jalan Thangal, RK Silai and Kings Park Apartment in KK Nagar will have a power outage.
