Chennai: citing the increase in fresh Covid-19 infection and the ponytitude of the test, the Ministry of Public Health Nadu on Tuesday raises concerns from the next wave in Chennai.
The city reported 194 new Covid-19 cases, accounting for almost one third of 619 cases reported throughout Tamil Nadu.
Although 17 districts reported an increase in everyday cases, Chennai recorded a flower of 22 cases more than on Monday in 172 infections.
During the past week, the city recorded a stable increase in everyday case.
The pioneering level of the test, which was around 0.6% in November, now almost 1% even though Chennai has increased his daily test to almost 19,000 from around 12,000 a day.
