Chhattisgarh Cops Catch IPS Officers in Delhi

Raipur: Chhattisgarh Anti-Corruption Bureau on Tuesday was arrested at Delhi ADG Gurjinder Pal Singh, a 1994-batch batch IPS officer, who was under suspension and had been charged with corruption, incitement and promoting hostility.
The Supreme Court recently rejected his request to remain in his arrest and investigation.
He was suspended last July after ACB and EOW attacks on his residence and other places.
Singh previously led the same agent.
Assets worth Rs 10 Crore and RS 16 Lakh cash are restored, along with several documents, the word agency.
On July 10, less than a week after anti-corruption attacks, IPS officers were ordered on the seduction allegations as well.
FIR was filed at the police station Raipur Kotwali around midnight under IPC 124A (incitement) and 153A (promoting hostility).
The police did not make public copies of FIR, said it was a sensitive case.
Then, CM Bhupesh Baghel said cases of incitement and other allegations were registered based on documents confiscated by ACB.
A minister suggests “conspiracy to disrupt the government”.
Singh then moved the high court who accused him of being a victim but did not relieve.
