Raipur: HOTS’S political backwards at the Congress controlled by Chhattisgarh as ‘Chhattisgarhia Sarwa Samaj’, an OBC, SC, ST, and minority organization to hold a mass protest for the arrest of the father of Bhupesh Baghel’s father Nandkumar Baghel for anti-brahmanal comments.
Apart from Chhattisgarhia Sarwa Samaj, certain activist groups have also joined this problem by describing 86 years of Nandkumar Baghel as an anti-caste fighters known and claiming that his arrest was unconstitutional.
A massive demonstration which is planned to be held in front of the Collectorate on Wednesday afternoon.
Significantly, OBC agitation was gaining momentum during internal quarrels that hit the country’s ruling Congress following the difference with Minister Bhupesh Baghel and his health minister T S Singhdeo.
A political chaos erupted in Chhattisgarh two weeks following speculation about possible leadership changes.
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi was also regulated to visit the Bastar area in Chhattisgarh at the invitation of Minister Bhupesh Baghel.
Nandkumar Baghel was arrested by police Raipur Tuesday for allegedly making a comment that insulted the Brahmana.
The arrest took place two days after the minister said that he was sad with his father’s comments and police will take action.
“As his son, I respect him, but as a minister, I cannot forgive his remarks or errors that can disrupt social harmony,” Baghel said.
“In my government, nothing is on the law, even if he is the father of the minister’s head,” he added.
Nandkumar Baghel was brought from Delhi and the arrest was recorded in Raipur on Tuesday morning.
He was produced before the local court and because he did not apply for a guarantee, he was sent to be a trial detainee 15 days.
He faced allegations under the IPC part of 153a (promoting disharmony, hostility, or hatred among different groups) and 505A (speeches cause fear or alarm between groups or provoke violence) on the basis of the complaint submitted by the Brahmin Samaj.
Nandkumar always has a strong view on pro-OBC politics and is known for decades to voice his anti-brahmanal ideology.
During a visit to Lucknow a few days ago, he allegedly said that Brahmana was a stranger, triggered protests at Uttar Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
UP up, community members urged CM Yogi Adityanath to take action.
At Chhattisgarh Raigarh, the Brahmana community took a rally on the night of September 4 and filed a complaint with Kotwali police.
The next day, Minister Baghel issued a statement to say the actions to be taken according to the law.
“He had come to see me that my father Nandkumar Baghel made a certain statement against the Brahmin community.
I am sad that the statement has hurt this community feelings besides causing damage to social harmony, “he said.
It stated that the ideological difference with his father was “famous for everyone,” CM said: “The Chhattisgarh of the government and the honor of the feelings of all caste, all religions, and all societies.
We are committed to protecting constitutional rights everyone.
