New Delhi: The Election Commission on Tuesday declared a digital seminar with chief electoral officials of states and Union territories to talk about revamping of backend systems for efficient and speedy delivery of voter-centric providers, together with primary election commissioner Sushil Chandra especially requesting the CEOs to participate round the entire year with fresh voters for enrollment.
