Patna: The West Champaran police have registered Fir which was named Minister of Tourism Bihar Narayan Prasad, Niraj Kumar aka Bablu and six supporters in connection with the week’s incident in which he (Bablu) allegedly fired into the air to scare a group of children playing cricket His garden.

SP said the police also arrested vehicles used by the Son of Ministers to reach village gardens.
Bablu-licensed rifles and licensed pistols that he brought to the garden, had also been confiscated for further investigation.
He said FIR had been registered at the Muffasil police station under the 147, 148, 149, 323, 307 Section of the IPC and 27 Act Act.

Minister of Narayan Prasad, however, accused the villagers to try to break his land in the garden.
He said that the villagers first attacked his sister who had gone to the village to oppose encroachment on his land by locals.
