Lucknow / Gorakhpur: Khan Kafel doctor from Gorakhpur’s Brd Medical College and Hospital had been fired, according to senior government officials.
Khan was suspended in 2017 after 70 children died of lack of oxygen in the hospital.
Dr.
Khan from the Department of Doctor of Children Brdmin Gorakhpur has been fired after being found guilty in an investigation into a state that leads to the death of children in the hospital, the main secretary (medical education) Alok Kumar.
Because the problem is sub too, detailed information about Dr Khan’s dismissal will be given to the court, Kumar added.
Dr.
Khan has been attached to the office of the Director General of Medical Education (DGME) after his suspension on August 22, 2017 after the death of children for a month.
Reacting to the report of the dismissal of Dr.
Khan Congress, Secretary General Priyanka Gandhi Vadhra called his dismissal as tilting-driven and aimed at harassing it.
Revealing surprise for his dismissal report, Dr.
Khan, said he did not know how he had stopped even though the court gave him a clean chit before.
“Alok Kumar’s main secretary on Wednesday released a statement about my cessation of Medical College,” he said, added that he had not received a termination letter.
“They have no authority to stop me.
They should have received orders from the Uttar Pradesh (UPPSC) Public Service Commission (to suspend me),” he stressed in a statement about his termination report.
“Among the eight people suspended in the lack of oxygen cases in the hospital, the other seven suspension except my property had been revoked.
The court has punished them all in one or another but the honorable court has given me a clean chit on charges of medical negligence and corruption,” Dr.
Khan claimed.
“I was suspended on August 22, 2017 in the case and on March 5, 2019, the High Court of Allahabad had asked the upper government to end the investigation and on April 18, 2019, the High Court had given me a clean chit,” said Dr.
Khan.
“When I was in prison, the upper government.
Once again set the question against me on February 24, 2020, and on August 6, 2021, the state government stated in front of the court that they were attracting the arrangement of the investigation of the Secretary of Himanshu Kumar, “Dr.
Khan said.
He was also explained that even on Wednesday, the government had not told the court about the termination.
“On November 10, 2021, there was a date in court but the government did not submit any paper about termination of employment.
The date of the next court was in December.
7, 2021.
I have no hope of justice from this government,” Dr.
Khan added.
After the dismissal of the Kafel, Secretary General of Congress Priyanka Gandhi in a tweet in Hindi said “Dr Khan’s dismissal was driven by crime.
Motivated by the agenda of hatred, the government did all this to harass it.” “But the government must remember that it is not above the constitution.
The Congress Party is with Dr.
Khan in his struggle for justice,” he said.
