Beijing: China has given 1.072 billion people to complete the dose of Covid-19 vaccine on November 5, Mi Feng, spokesman for the National Health Commission, told the briefing on Saturday.
It contributed 75.96% of 1.41 billion people, Reuters calculations showed.
As many as 37.97 million people in China have received Booster’s shot on Friday, Wu Liaryou Commission officials said at the briefing.
The Commission said in a bulletin that China had provided a 2,312 billion dose of Covid-19 vaccine at the end of November 5, an increase of around 8.9 million from the previous day.
