Beijing: China has banned the construction of the highest skyscraper in the midst of increasing concerns over the safety and quality of the project.
Beijing has officially set a 500 meter high structure for all future skyscrapers.
According to the best planning agency in the country, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), buildings higher than 500 meters will no longer be approved for construction, RT reported.
Also, the structure of more than 250 meters must be limited, while the building is higher than 100 meters it will be examined in connection with the capacity of saving fire from their location.
NDRC issued an order on Tuesday, citing concern for construction safety and the advantages of commercial offices as a reason for his decision.
The order came two months after the Plaza seg shake that had not been explained in the city of Seg in South China Shenzhen, which drives evacuation in a hurry and creates chaos on the streets around it.
At 984 feet (300 meters), the Plaza seg is one of the highest skyscrapers in Shenzhen, a large electronic market housing and many offices.
A number of videos posted to social media show the parts of the structures that sway back and forth according to the High Building Council and urban habitat, China is home to 44 of the 100 highest buildings in the world, including five of the 10 highest 500 meters structures.
