Shanghai: China reported 25 new Covid-19 cases on the mainland for September 10, up from 17 the day before, the National Health Authority said on Saturday.
One new infection is transmitted locally while the rest is imported, said the National Health Commission.
The number of new asymptomatic cases, which are not classified as confirmed cases, are 21, just like the previous day.
From new cases, five local.
The local and four-actyptomatic case was found in Putian City, in the southern province of Fujian, the Commission said.
Every day the people owned by the state reported that all provincial and intercity shuttle buses that ran from Putian were suspended from Saturday as part of the preventive measures and control of the epidemic.
RE Mainland China has confirmed 95,153 COVID-19 cases, with the number of deaths unchanged at 4,636.
